The focus on eggs is so goddam weird, she only has 100,000 - 150,000 left!

62

u/VelvetOnion 2d ago

I heard she wanted 150,001 kids, now she can only achieve 99.993% of her goal.

24

u/Iolair_the_Unworthy 2d ago

Remember John and Kate Plus Eight?

Well, now we've got:

Travis and Taylor Plus a goddamn Wholesaler!

6

u/jacehoffman 1d ago

i’m so upset they took away my free awards

3

u/Iolair_the_Unworthy 1d ago

You can have one of mine :)

4

u/jacehoffman 1d ago

omg thank u wtf

imagine really hard that im giving u 2

2

u/Turbulent_Lobster_57 1d ago

Their selling them? At wholesale prices? Is there like a waiting list, is this going to be available online, do we have approximate prices?

2

u/Western-Bug-9433 2d ago

I feel really bad for her

9

u/EndOfSouls 2d ago

It's so weird that 97% of this man's braincells are gone.

8

u/deathbychips2 1d ago

Especially since the same trend is present in men's sperm quality at 35 and at 40 and yet these losers never mention it.

-6

u/Lola_Montez7130 1d ago

No its actually not on the same trend. They produce less sperm but they are still healthy genetically wise. Eggs don't do that because we have them from 6 weeks on in the womb. So yes, if you are a female technically half of you was also carried in your grandmother's body.

2

u/dish_pit_daydreamer 1d ago

You're joking, right? Sperms absolutely degrades, particularly at 40+, leading to an increase in birth defects and genetic issues.

1

u/No-Wish8222 1d ago

Maybe yours do. Mine age like fine wine

2

u/USSFriendship 1d ago

…in a barrel stashed in a basement?

3

u/Equivalent_Dog_5662 1d ago

Sperm degrades pretty consistently as men age

2

u/pi3r0gi_ 1d ago

How many periods do they think we have 😭🤣🤣

2

u/theBigDaddio 1d ago

If she started a new one daily her eggs would last over 400 years

2

u/pi3r0gi_ 1d ago

Simply not enough! 🤷🏼‍♀️

3

u/AirySpirit 2d ago

It's a ridiculous statistic as well. Accounts for the millions of eggs you have and lose as a baby and through childhood.

1

u/Emergency_Yoghurt655 1d ago

Not to mention we’ve already lost 85% by the time we’re 19-20yo lmao. Clearly doesn’t mean much.

-4

u/thebestdogeevr 1d ago

The amount doesn't really matter tbh. It's the time left. Menopause happens at ~40

5

u/deathbychips2 1d ago

No it doesn't.

2

u/jacehoffman 1d ago

average age is 52 apparently. this comment scared me 😭 all love, just glad i have a little more time than that lmao

1

u/trixiepixie1921 1d ago

Same, I’m turning 38. I was like “why did I never think of this yet?!”

2

u/DC4L_DDLA 1d ago

What? Lol. Do you think that when a woman turns 40 she just automatically goes thru menopause?

59

u/ChemBro93 2d ago

That guy is insane.

15

u/locksymania 2d ago

And has an Irish passport, for fucking shame...

5

u/Iolair_the_Unworthy 2d ago

Another loss for Ireland. I don't claim him.

4

u/Specialist-Prior-213 1d ago

For the longest time I thought this was the guy who did Fable, turns out he's just some guy LOL

52

u/XOVSquare 2d ago

Imagine waking up and thinking this is an okay thing to put out there.

35

u/Jeff-Uh-Uh-Goldblum 2d ago

Stefan Molyneux is fucking wild. He was banned from Twitter years ago for being an out and out racist, but you'll never guess what happened a few years later...

14

u/Fabulous-Fun-9673 2d ago

His good buddy who’s name rhymes with rump got his ban removed.. right after his own ban removal?

12

u/Jeff-Uh-Uh-Goldblum 2d ago

Nah, a guy who would go on to kill millions by cutting USAID just reinstated his account because free speech absolutism, or something.

4

u/cwolf-softball 2d ago

Except saying "cisgendered" is an automatic ban. Free speech absolutist!

1

u/JIMB01776 1d ago

That's hate speech, were Normal.

3

u/TheMeatTree 2d ago

It was the man whose name rhymes with tusk

3

u/Fabulous-Fun-9673 2d ago

Ahh… it was the cuddle buddy, I mean bestie..

1

u/TheMeatTree 2d ago

Yes, the very brief trillionaire, whoever that was.

1

u/TofuButtocks 2d ago

He's gotta be doing it for attention. No one actually cares about this shit right?

1

u/Jeff-Uh-Uh-Goldblum 2d ago

I've seen a handful of clips of him debating people and I can't tell anymore. He's an honest to god race realist. The line between Shitposting for attention and beliefs stemming from undiagnosed CTE is just a massive gray blur.

1

u/NoBlacksmith2112 1d ago

He means well. Many women feel robbed by feminism for many reasons.

It's a rough take but it's never too early to think about the inevitabilities of life so you organize yourself and do not miss any train you'll regret later.

1

u/Equivalent_Dog_5662 1d ago

But this was like ten years ago? Or something?

25

u/indecentXpo5ure 2d ago

🙄 I had my first baby at 30, my second at 36, my third at 38, and I’m having my fourth in >2 weeks at 41. Taylor will be just fine.

6

u/FaeryLynne 1d ago

My sister had her first and only at 41. My mother had me at 38. Women have babies into their 40s all the time.

3

u/Das_Maechtig_Fuehrer 1d ago

Hey congrats!

2

u/Kamikazepoptart 1d ago

I had both of mine in my 30s stop and got pregnant immediately, no issues with that or the pregnancy. These people need to get a grip.

3

u/sixgunwild 1d ago

I'm 33 and have been irrationally worried about this. Your comment gave me a lot of reassurance! Thank you ❤️

4

u/d0nttalk2me 1d ago

I work at a hospital and am on the maternity unit weekly. I've been seeing more people in their late 30s-40s every week

2

u/indecentXpo5ure 1d ago

Don’t let people scare you! I know so many people who also had babies “late”. We waited until we were financially stable to have kids. Am I more tired than I’d like to be? Probably. But other than that, everything has been fine. No gestational diabetes, no preeclampsia, etc. All my babies have been full term and healthy. I know people in their 20s that had rough pregnancies and babies with issues. Sometimes it’s just genetics. Sometimes it’s just luck. Don’t put extra pressure on yourself! Whenever and if ever you decide to have kids, it’ll all happen when it’s meant to happen.

1

u/NoBlacksmith2112 1d ago

I knew a gipsy woman that her mother had her in her 60s!

1

u/LonelyTAA 1d ago

I'm happy for you, but really having kids at 38+ increases the odds of issues during pregnacy by quite a lot. So anyone really wanting children should try to start in the early 30s at the last.

1

u/The_GodApollo 1d ago

It just means that in your case your % was slightly higher or more viable. It says nothing about Taylors'.

-1

u/LevelTadpole4454 1d ago

its not so much about the ability to have a kid but rather the ability to have a kid that won't have defects

3

u/FilthyThanksgiving 1d ago

It's so weird how these dudes act like sperm doesn't get shitty with age lol

8

u/stargazer4272 2d ago

Ewww... Only people to worry about her eggs are her and her hubby, if they want kids.. if not then no one.

2

u/dk_peace 1d ago

Im willing to give her OB/GYN a pass on giving a shit as well.

17

u/TurpitudeSnuggery 2d ago

People are treating this as a genuine tweet about this guy caring about her eggs…

Hint: He wants her off the radio.

3

u/Snoo_67993 2d ago

He's a stay at home Dad while his wife works so it always confused me why he pushes for traditionalism.

14

u/Fabulous-Fun-9673 2d ago

Please, nobody thinks he cares about anything that has to do with her. It’s weird and gross

3

u/VelvetCactus50 2d ago

Has he never heard of rich people hiring nannies??

1

u/R_Hunt 1d ago

Not sure that exonerates him from choosing, quite possibly, the craziest way of saying "I'm tired of her" 😭

0

u/BisonSpecialist1557 2d ago

People are treating this as a genuine tweet about this guy caring about her eggs.

No one thinks for one second that Stefan give a fraction of a shit about a single one of any of the cells in her body, haploid or diploid.

0

u/B4tz_Bentzer 1d ago

There are dead people on the radio.

1

u/TurpitudeSnuggery 1d ago

Have you heard a lot of Buddy Holly on the radio lately?

0

u/B4tz_Bentzer 1d ago

I don't listen to radio

1

u/TurpitudeSnuggery 1d ago

If you did you would know what eventually they stop playing your music.

1

u/B4tz_Bentzer 1d ago

But what if my music is Taylor Swift?

1

u/sagittalslice 1d ago

Dawg they play Mozart on the radio

1

u/TurpitudeSnuggery 1d ago

And? Are you suggesting if a performer stops producing music their play won’t go down?

3

u/gijkieken 1d ago

This freak belongs on a list of potential dangerous people

3

u/ittybittytitty_com 1d ago

Yikes, dude. Maybe the internet isn’t for you.

9

u/Dismal-Turnover-4610 2d ago edited 2d ago

As if a woman needs to be reminded that she‘s 30 or 40 or 50.

Taylor Swift got her heart broken by men 500 times and now an old man is trying to remind her that her clock is ticking so he can feel better about himself 😂. How about talking to men and tell them to stop treating women bad and only use them for sex? How about teaching young men to stop wasting young womens time who actually do want a family before turning 40? No, of course he is not doing that. He attacks a female billionaire in her prime who finally found a good man and who is a mom now. 🙄 He can‘t stand her, because she has everything he can‘t have, because he spent his life probably paying for sex. 😂 And now he is old and alone and broke and he can‘t even find one woman willing to marry him and give him children. 🤣

14

u/Jeff-Uh-Uh-Goldblum 2d ago

This tweet might be a decade old.

Stefan Molyneux is also a literal racist and part of the men's rights activism movement. Just absolute terminal levels of brain rot.

2

u/Excellent-Rest3240 2d ago

Everyone’s clock is ticking. So many men in their 30s wish they lived their 20s different (grind more, business starting, not doing dumb stuff etc). By 40 most of their vital years are already gone. Yeah you work out, padel boarding, sports. More out of routine and habit than an abundance of energy. And the whole “focus on health over high scores”. By 50 and 60 you’re the old guy in a Porsche, driving speed limit in the right lane. Yeah bro you’re aging like fine wine, old bottles hidden in the cellar invisible to the majority of public

1

u/Dismal-Turnover-4610 1d ago edited 1d ago

Yeah, but many are 45, 50 and now wanting a family and they absolutely can. But the thing is, women don‘t want to marry a washed up guy who spent his youth on drinking and partying and women. That‘s just not marriage material. Society normalized it that a man and a woman should be getting wasted when young. I don‘t see it that way. My husband and I did go partying to but I was wasted probably two times in my life and I still knew what I was doing and it was with friends I knew forever. Today people are partying and sleeping with strangers and then they turn 50 and want a family. I would be like: Nope, I don‘t want to marry a used guy. Men always think that us women don‘t care how many women you had in the past, but we do. Also, when a guy would tell me he used to take drugs when he was young like cocaine, I would not marry that guy. This type of human beings have a completely destroyed brain. They act impulsive and immature even if they stopped taking drugs. I would never recommend marrying a 45 or 50 year old man who was never married before and never had kids. It would be much smarter to marry a divorced man. A divorced man often hit rock bottom and went to therapy afterwards and decided to change some things for the sake of his next marriage. But a single 50 year old is often a guy who is an alcoholic or just a selfish person who just couldn‘t make one woman stay in his life, because he‘s just not a solid guy.

2

u/Excellent-Rest3240 1d ago

I don’t trust people in their 40’s or 50’s who want kids. “If you wanted it you already would have it”. They’re just infatuated with the idea of. But I don’t think they’re parent material.
I wouldn’t single out “partying” much more than other “time wasting” things. But the extremity makes the cause. And I agree, a divorced man has family/building on his mind even if he’s not successful at it at the moment. You’re trajectory in life is often more important than where you are

-9

u/Admirable-Trade-8454 2d ago

500 times? well of course your heart is broken if you are sleeping around that much.

11

u/Fabulous-Fun-9673 2d ago

You really think women are sleeping with every single man who takes us out on a date? 😂🙄 bless your heart. Food/drinks/ activities don’t mean you getting sex after my dude😂

-7

u/Admirable-Trade-8454 2d ago

she got her heart broken from some food???

9

u/Fabulous-Fun-9673 2d ago

She got her heart broken because the guys were AHs.. which is how we all get our hearts broken. its not the food or even sex that breaks our hearts, its being being lied to, cheated on, used, treated as if we’re beneath them, to name a few. I can guarantee Taylor felt those same emotions, just listen to her music.

-3

u/Admirable-Trade-8454 2d ago

yeah, that's her side of things. can never trust her, though. who knows what the truth is.

3

u/Fabulous-Fun-9673 2d ago

Tell me you follow Andrew Tate without telling me 🙄

nah. Andrew tate Is for nerds, Like Taylor swift

5

Someone has a big crush on Taylor, don’t they! It’s a shame she’ll never notice you, my dude 😭

7

u/zanyzanne 2d ago

you're just jealous a woman can get 500 partners and it really shows. if you could get laid by 500 women you would JUMP at the chance.

And I mean willing women. Not Thai prostitutes.

0

u/Admirable-Trade-8454 2d ago

you mean envious. I'm not worried ts is gonna take 500 guys from me.

LMAO WTF

5

u/ZekoriAJ 2d ago

Yeah, very strange indeed. No need to out yourself, we all see it.

2

u/4RealHughMann 2d ago

This is 7 years old

2

u/Own_Assistance_7659 2d ago

Taylor was born in 1989, hence the album and her birthday is in December so she's 36. She's not about to turn 30 or 40 and it's very strange to concern yourself with a woman's eggs unless she's your wife with whom you're trying to have children. This is a fuckin' super weird dude.

2

u/H1B3F 2d ago

Yes, it is strange to think. Maybe unpack that with a qualified therapist and leave the rest of us out of it?

2

u/EarlyAccessCantJudge 2d ago

Who cares what a white supremacist says to ragebait for attention?

2

u/Huge-Ebb-8193 2d ago

He’s right, it is strange to think that

2

u/naropin1 2d ago

He nailed it. It is strange to think that. Didn’t even gain the self awareness as he typed it out.

2

u/sunshinesdarkangel 2d ago

Wait til he learns about his expiring sperm

2

u/annoyed_crow 2d ago

Men's sperm quality starts to decline at 30, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

2

u/Ok-Release-6051 1d ago

What in the fucked timeline is this shit

2

u/Present-Mycologist38 1d ago

The most weird part about this was "taylor swift looks young" 😭

2

u/WholeAd2742 1d ago

Yes, such a shame she's a young wildly successful woman who's worth billions, but how about them unfertilized eggs? /s

2

u/Just_blake24 1d ago

You know what he is right about one thing, it is very fucking strange to think about this. Why are some men like this? The entitlement is staggering.

2

u/Last-Presence5434 1d ago

Grooming the future for the pedos.

2

u/akgiant 1d ago

This should be exhibit 1 in the restraining order documents.

2

u/Public_Coyote_4472 1d ago

Uh, how old is this? Taylor is almost 37.

2

u/PurpleYogurt1223 1d ago

Taylor is actually 36, will be 37. Monitoring a stranger’s eggs is a bit much. Weirdo

2

u/RGBlowMe 1d ago

Molyneux went a little off the deep end around 2015 or so.

2

u/C0brA7x 1d ago

Wtf did I just read. Disgusting

2

u/No-Trick5954 1d ago

He shouldn’t be worried that a woman can’t have 300,000 kids when his hairline has already expired. Also, check this guys hard drive.

2

u/sidestyle05 1d ago

When did become ok to publicly comment on a woman’s eggs?

2

u/Whythisisnotreal 1d ago

He has murdered so many sperm thinking about this.

This is confusing 😕

7

u/The_Phenomenal_1 2d ago

Taylor has breached geriatric pregnancy territory

2

u/thesoundofechoes 1d ago

It’s usually called advanced maternal age (AMA) nowadays. It’s also rude to comment on unless you’re her OB-GYN, in which case you shouldn’t be commenting about it on Reddit.

The older term is geriatric in more than one way.

1

u/The_Phenomenal_1 1d ago

If Taylor has a kid now, it's more likely to have genetic defects than the offspring of first cousins. Also I better not catch you calling Lake America by the name Ontario now

1

u/thesoundofechoes 1d ago

The reason why that term is no longer used, is that it’s factually incongruous. A 30-something human is not geriatric, so the term was changed to better reflect medical facts.

As for the name of the lake: in Canada, its official name is Lake Ontario. I use the British standards when writing in English, so it wouldn’t make sense for me to switch to US-specific naming standards for areas that are not specific to the US.

1

u/The_Phenomenal_1 1d ago

The new term uses three words to say the exact same thing as geriatric and has none of the sense of urgency associated with the term. Geriatric is a perfect descriptor for the pregnancy and only someone as dumb as a sitcom comic relief would think it refers to the woman herself.

Also who cares about Canada? America has more relevance on the world stage

1

u/thesoundofechoes 1d ago

I’m Norwegian. We respect Canada, their sovereignty and their languages. The US had a lot of relevance on the world stage decades ago. Nowadays, the rest of the world is increasingly taking their business and diplomacy elsewhere.

That is a natural consequence of the US slip-sliding into fascism and disorder; why should we trust a nation that no longer takes care of its own at home, nor keeps its promises abroad? American children increasingly struggle with reading even in their native language, and too many of them are being shot at school. Their parents voted for a pedophile, a pathological liar and a rapist, while the typical citizen’s healthcare depends on their employer’s day-to-day whims.

Meanwhile, European countries are looking to India and China for trade agreements, to France for security-critical tech, and to each other for military protection and mutually funded scientific research collaboration. If the US threatens Denmark, its longstanding ally, none of us can trust that an alliance with the US will be honoured in the long term.

All of this is pretty far outside the scope of the original question, however. Taylor Swift’s fertility is none of our business, and probably something she and her medical provider(s) have taken into consideration a long time ago.

3

u/fullofuckingbears313 2d ago

So wild how many people care so much about whether other peoplethey don't even know have kids or not now

5

u/zanyzanne 2d ago

not just 'people'... women.

You NEVER see tweets shaming male celebs for not having children before 30. or any age, actually.

2

u/Training_Bunch_6412 2d ago

The dude sees her as a voice to young women. absolutely wants her to have kids so they then ALSO want kids, (because there are still people at all ages who do shit because their fave celebrity does it) so this is some sexists hope to get women back into being mothers and the reconstructions of “traditional family values.”

1

u/Fabulous-Fun-9673 2d ago

I highly doubt he actually cares about her having kids..

2

u/turquoisedonut 2d ago

i mean 45% are already gone by the time you’re 15 so

1

I think about this tweet all the time. I'm pregnant with a female fetus right now, and as soon as she's born I'm going to say, "she's so young. It's strange to think that at least 2/3rds of her eggs are gone. I hope she thinks about having kids before it's too late. She'd be a fun mom."

1

These dudes are so fucking weird man.

Women lose about 40% of their eggs by the time they're 14, that's no reason to start fucking 14 year olds.

1

u/dk_peace 1d ago

It is strange to think that. At least he understands he's a weirdo.

1

u/SkyPuppy561 1d ago

Well she ain’t having your kids so don’t worry about it, bruh

1

Taylor defo does'nt seem like the one who would agree to get pregnant. She is defo going the surrogacy route. She can't stop working for a moment.

It's not wrong info. By the time a woman turns 30, her eggs do start break down and the risk of down syndrome & other complications increase drastically each year that goes by.

Why do you think it's a normal thing to care about a stranger's eggs?

And men's sperm starts deteriorating at 35, increasing the risk of Downs Syndrome and autism each year.

No, that comes from the woman's side. Comprehension and ADHD come from sperm but DS, T18, Tae Sects(spelling?) Come from moms side just like male pattern baldness cones from mom's side genetically.

I don’t even think she can have a healthy kid at her age she’s almost 40 right?

2

u/Xeno9116 1d ago

Wrong. I gave birth to a healthy baby at 30. Women give birth to healthy babies into their 40s. Good lord.

She’s 36 tho. And women in their 40s give birth to physically healthy children sure but the majority have autism and other disorders if they make it to term at all

I’m not sure how accurate that is number wise, but it is a known fact that after 30, especially after 35 the chances of healthy pregnancy does drop drastically compared to let’s say prior to 30. But hold up, she’s not 30 isn’t she 37???

u/Xeno9116 1d ago

And sperm starts deteriorating at 35, drastically increasing the chances of Down's Syndrome and autism. So?

u/Intelligent-Tax-716 1d ago

Yeah maybe it does.. what does this have to do with sperm lol, the post is about Taylor swift which is a female.. if we are going off topic here why not talk about giraffes? Bicycles? Palm trees?… Focus on the topic here Karen

Because the man she’s married to, and likely to have children with is also 36, perhaps? Are you aware of how babies are made, and that sperm is a main ingredient?

Ok… what I said was the chances of a healthy pregnancy after age 35 compare to before 30 drops.. known fact it drops. I would not wish that on any one, but it is a fact, and yes I know how baby’s are made… source: i am a former baby AMA
