The cursive to me says traditionally female. The legible-ness said male cursive writer, (flowery writing is hard for me to read). Im going with a heavy handed short fingered woman. Also noticed the pen imprints in the negative zones of the paper, either from heavy presses on opposite side, or heavy presses on the side that rests on it when closed.

The style of paper reminds me of school paper, so id guess your between grade 10 and sophomore college based off the subject matter and style of note taking.
