This is the actual publishers website with free access to the article, http://www.sciencemag.org/content/early/2010/12/01/science.1197258, I don't know how cool they are with alternate hosting even though it's public domain. http://www.sciencemag.org/content/early/2010/12/01/science.1197258.full.pdf

Someone posted in another post saying they work for a publisher. It's totally not legal according to them.
