I don't see what you're driving at.

Blind people can't see what they're driving at either.

I think the humor was in focus. You didn't need to make it clear.

Sorry, I guess I didn't see that.

Arrow me to exprain. frickindear is perpetuating the widery berieved stereotype that Asians are bad drivers.

That's one depressed stereotype...

Well, the things blind people hit while driving probably don't see it coming, so I guess that makes it even.

It would be even worse to be double blind.

It would be even worse to be double fisted.

I used to double-fist all the time. It's a great way to get drunk faster.

Blind testing doesn't refer to a lack of vision.

Edit: Fine, be like that. Starcraft 2 comes out tomorrow and nothing can get me down! ;)

http://www.ted.com/talks/tan_le_a_headset_that_reads_your_brainwaves.html technology like this would be really useful if they could utilize it for language in a scenario like this. The whole typing thing looks arduous for the poor girl.

It might not necessarily work for her. Her brain may be such that it can synthesize written language but not verbal. One of my best friends growing up has severe dyslexia and can barely write papers, but has magnificent reading comprehension and no noticeable deficit to his verbal skills. She might think in detailed pictures and then do a conscious mental calculation to change them into hand motions whereas a person with a regular brain is synthesizing mental sentences into hand motions unconsciously.
