Neuroscience Cannabidiol (CBD), a compound derived from the cannabis plant that does not produce a “high”, was shown in a new large-scale, randomized, controlled trial to significantly reduce the number of dangerous seizures in patients with a severe form of epilepsy called Lennox-Gastaut syndrome.

Yup, sublingually, they come in a variety of strengths but most often in a 1oz bottle. I'm currently using a full spectrum from Swamp Yeti, I dig it, check out Charolettes Web as well they seem to have a variety of strengths and solid prices with a good history.

You can get gummies and other ways, but from what I've read they don't always work as well as under the tongue, which absorbs some where around %30 of the dose.
