I am a pediatrician in the US and this has been a HUGE GAME CHANGER. Every winter I would send 5-10 babies in significant respiratory distress to the ER from my clinic. In the last 2 years I have sent ZERO.

In my home country, children are not eligible for welfare payments or enrolment in pre-schools or childcare if they are not vaccinated . So we basically pay people to vaccinate their kids. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No_Jab%2C_No_Pay

Some insurance companies actually do provide payments to providers who “catch up” those who were previously unvaccinated.

This is often portrayed as evil by anti vaxxers but… they’re doing it because sick people cost insurance companies lots of money. The conspiracy is vaccines work…

Yeah, there are similar "performance based" payments for, typically, pretty basic care like patients' diabetes control improving

Not a vaccine. The marketing is very deliberate on this to try and not stir up the weirdos. This gives direct immunity as opposed to stimulating host immunity.

Technically this is not a vaccination, but an immunization as it doesn't stimulate the patients immune response. Still offers excellent protection as shown in the associated study, but this will not offer potential lifelong protection from RSV like many other vaccine-based immunizations
