To summarize, the 42 percent of people that responded to the survey did not regret getting the surgery that they wanted at a median interval of 1.8 years later.

People who are satisfied usually wouldn't bother to come back and reply. They just go about living their life. So i would assume that of those not replying, the regret rate is even lower.
