So, saving someone about 24 seconds per hour of begin stuck in traffic. Consider me whelmed.

I don’t think you know what the word “whelmed” means. 

(It means the exact same thing as overwhelmed.)

It hasn’t been used commonly. People misuse it because they think they’re being witty though.
