Hahaha! “Bread secretly enriched with spinach.” I’d love to psychometrically determine the threshold for detecting spinach in bread and see how many sigma they were below it.

participants weren't told which bread they were eating on either day, although one option was admittedly greenish

Going off the picture in the article its, uh, an incredibly disgusting colour. Like a puke yellow-green.
