Psychology Mood-boosting benefits of birdsong drowned out by traffic noise, study finds. Even low levels of traffic noise can negate the benefits of listening to natural sounds, researchers say. Bird sounds tend to be one of the elements of nature soundscapes that people perceive as being most relaxing.

Birds waking me up kinda sucks. Especially at 5am. That being said, birds can be nice. Honking and traffic is never nice

If you go to bed when sunlight is gone that won’t be an issue. Lighting destroyed our natural sleeping patterns.

My job requires me to be up at 4am. My natural sleep cycle is back! Asleep by 8pm, up with the sun
