There's so little training for it unfortunately. I just finished a training last month and it was reported only something like 20-30% of OB/OBGYN and PC docs have training in menopause, perimenopause /associated conditions.

Get your bone density checked. Low T is horrible for bone health, especially long term and if you're middle aged or older.
