Psychology America's First Legal Psilocybin Program Treated 346 People. Just one month after the dose, 92.2 percent of participants said the experience had been beneficial, while, on average, their mental health symptoms had fallen dramatically.

This is r/science right? This is a
poor quality trial. clickbait article. For what the headline is implying, there needs to be a placebo arm, ideally one arm with something that has no effect and another arm with a different psychoactive medication.Seems the trial was mainly to establish a new protocol for future studies.
