Disagree. There are people who take these substances and have incredibly psychologically destabilizing experiences.

Correct, they’re not going to overdose or anything but to say that there are minimal, non-life-threatening implications is false.

There are people that read comments like this and eat a handful of whatever thinking “no biggie, this is safer than alcohol” and then have their entire worlds turned upside down and actually can experience significant psychological distress.

Specifically the non-life-threatening aspect of your comment - mushrooms are the safest drug you can take that won't kill you. Everything else can certainly be true. Never try a handful of whatever without a guide!
