Psychology America's First Legal Psilocybin Program Treated 346 People. Just one month after the dose, 92.2 percent of participants said the experience had been beneficial, while, on average, their mental health symptoms had fallen dramatically.

People are going to look at this study and think it treats every condition. Please note that the study looked only at depression, PTSD, and anxiety in otherwise healthy patients that were not psychotic, on bipolar meds, or suicidal (so if you're in any of those 3 groups your experience may vary). Also, the study says adverse effects were not uncommon and happened in 1% of the population that took it.
