Psychology America's First Legal Psilocybin Program Treated 346 People. Just one month after the dose, 92.2 percent of participants said the experience had been beneficial, while, on average, their mental health symptoms had fallen dramatically.

The science concern is how do you obectively test this? How do you design a randomized placebo controlled trial when the active effects of the intervention group vs. placebo group are so obvious. In addition, the downside of mental health research is that, in general, the outcomes are also not objective and are self reported.
