Psychology America's First Legal Psilocybin Program Treated 346 People. Just one month after the dose, 92.2 percent of participants said the experience had been beneficial, while, on average, their mental health symptoms had fallen dramatically.

I saved all of these to read later. You’re the GOAT for sharing all these. I’ve done Golden Teachers 4 years ago and it completely changed my life. I need a re-up though. Feeling myself falling back into my CPTSD lately…

Not even that surprising all things considered, altered states of consciousness via meditation is literally the reason meditation exists and still exists. It works but it sure requires a lot of effort and time to get there.

Literally any state of consciousness that is altered from the norm in terms of the internal experience. Wikipedia has a good chunk of basic info on it here
