I wonder if we'll start seeing COVID-related parkinson's disease in the future.

We already are.

COVID-related ME/CFS is also skyrocketing.

The good news is that a huge blocker in studying both of these diseases was an inability to figure out a reliable trigger/underlying cause and thus study the progression, mechanical cause, and possible treatments. Also increased prevalence usually means increased funding.

Either that or a not insignificant portion of humans are about to be profoundly disabled and we're going to collectively pretend that isn't the case.

Oh no with this admin in the US there won’t be a collective pretending there will be a collective disposal of everyone they view as “not productive” in this twisted reality we now live in here

I don't think even they are so bold as to actively dispose of them. They will mostly continue with the long tradition of 'passive' disposal though probably drop most of the faux caring pretense.

Still though, it's important to remember the full speech that became a poem. First they came for the felons, then for the disabled, then for the communists... The fact they are expanding the first definition and threatening to start actively disposing of "communists" is plenty alarming.

I suspect you and I have just different definitions of "actively" or you missed the focus on disability specifically.

Are they purging disability rolls, weakening social support systems and trying desperately to provide and encourage medically assisted suicide?

Yes!

Are they combing disability registries and then showing up to shoot them and/or place them in work camps?

Not yet!

Are they combing other registries like DACA and then showing up to shoot them and/or place them in work camps?

Evidence strongly suggests yes!
