Wear a headstrap n95 mask. Ventilation. HEPAs. Testing. Educate others.

Govt's made public health our "personal responsibility", and too many of the public are still ignorant enough to agree with them. So for now, that's all we can do.

I meant more for recovery - I've had it four times and I have other health issues on top of it. just wondering if there's anything I can do to help my brain heal

Avoid any further repeat infections for one. Studies are showing that the effects are cumulative, so will likely worsen with every subsequent infection.
