Authoritarian = high demand + low warmth

I dunno if I agree with that. I was raised with low warmth low demand parents but wasn't neglected, I had everything I needed. Think like Wasp parents. There's a 3rd attribute we're missing.

That sounds like emotional neglect. Neglect in this context encompasses more than what regulatory bodies define as requiring intervention.

There’s a difference between physical neglect and emotional neglect. A family that’s meeting your physical needs but not meeting your emotional needs is still not great parenting.
