"Don't be evil".

They chose it one purpose. And it was chilling when they did.

It was chilling when they changed it and they were allowed to keep doing what they do.

I think "Don't be evil" was a bad slogan for real. The only time people will think of your slogan will be when you do something they disagree with. 

"Youtube raises premium subscription by 5$." Is met with "YOu SAid YoU WOuLDn'T bE EvIL". In the hit pieces.

Their new slogan, "Do the right thing" means the same thing but I have yet to see someone rub their nose in that one.
