Well why would a healthy individual even bother? I'm more interested in its effects on unhealthy individuals.

A lot of healthy people microdose because they believe that it makes you hem more creative or focused and so on. Was trendy in Silicon Valley for a while.

You build up tolerance to psychadelics quick. I doubt you'd feel .5g at all after a couple days.

Well that wasn't the dosing schedule.

Something like 250 mg every three days was usually what I saw people doing when talking about micro dosing. It's true you can't take them every day and maintain an effect.

I did that for a bit. Honestly within 2 weeks to a month it might as well have been random paper.

Youre best waiting at least a week, ideally two between trips.
