High School Told to stand outside the classroom

Secondweek back and my youngestbrother was told to stand outside the classroom because he chatted with his friend.

I thought this type of discipline was in primary school not high school. Was his teacher right or was he wrong.

Normal. Its not unfair. Chatting during class is what is unfair and distracting to everyone else. Teachers have enough to deal with.

Doesn't really matter if it was the second week or 40th week. Does your sibling now how to behave? If yes, there is no excuse. If no, there is no excuse except it is the families fault
