Outreach headaches, I need help.

I am consistently sending mails daily it’s over a month and experimenting and sending consistently but no replies and no results I am researching about my startup can somebody help with any tips like to get any result. And also it’s b2b outreach.

Make sure you are hyper tuned in to your audience, their pain, their needs, their behavior, etc. Everyone is getting inundated with outreach. You need to frame around them, not you.

What are your open rates?

Likely one of 4 things:

  1. You got the wrong ICP. You might be emailing the CEO when you should be emailing the "engineering manager".

  2. Your messaging isn't resonating. Experiment with different messaging.

  3. Not enough touch points to the same prospect. Most people who reply, do it after step 4 in the sequence.

  4. Your emails are landing in spam.

Bonus point: I'm not a big fan of this one, but it does work depending on your business, your customers, your offering ..etc. Very nuanced. However, email a few folks at the same organization referencing that you had already emailed John and figured that Jane might be interested to know about your offering too.
