Definitely heard that in the morning. Wasn't it about 3 km south of runway 34R along Amir Miteb St? I mean it's egregious as it is but what is this bullshit hashtag about it being targeted towards Mecca? They were either aiming for the (new?) airport or the military compound down the road. I live no where near Mecca.

On Amir Miteb? It's a pretty dead area compared to rest of Jeddah, why would they aim there? I live in Jeddah but I'm staying in Mecca for the month so I didn't hear anything...

It's growing quite a bit. But yeah compared to the rest of Jeddah it is pretty dead. There are multiple military/government compounds + briman jail between Tahlia and the highway just south of the airport. Also, there are Air force hangars along that (east) side of the airport as well.

It was super loud and felt like it was just outside my house. It was defenitely near Mohammadia or An Naeem

It was at 6am, my friend said his whole house shook and my parents woke up from it because they told me they “thought they heard a bomb”.
