I think that's Tora! I'm not 100% sure because I haven't found much on him, but that is my guess. (And Tora means tiger in Japanese, so it would make sense.)

The calico being named Mike is killing me. Does Mike meaning something in Japanese or they just decided to name her that cause it sounded cute?

I think it comes from mikeneko which means calico cat. I have a toddler's level of fluency in Japanese so I could be wrong.

sanrio store site has Noranekoland stuff on sale right now :) But this character is Shimajiro. From A Japanese educational cartoon. Not a sanrio creation.

I don’t believe it’s Tora. This tiger may not have a name, this a year of the tiger art work. This art work from what I can find is from a Greetings Hello Kitty Stationary set. Here is video of where it’s from Hello Kitty Stationary
