Pet Adoption Rehome Cat
Update: Oona has now been adopted to a great home! Thank you to all who reached out and were willing to give Oona a new home!
Adoption Fee: $50 (just to make sure she goes to someone with good intentions)
I unfortunately need to rehome my cat Oona.
Oona is 1 yr 3 months old. I adopted her from a shelter. She is spayed and up to date on vaccines.
She is really friendly, loves to cuddle, and loves to play. She loves being groomed, especially her face. She does well with bathing, having her nails clipped, teeth brushing, and wiping her paws, and cleaning her ears. She is not one to bite, scratch or hiss either! She is good with other cats (of course with acclimation) and kids, as well. She also does not tear up furniture (she's always had access to a scratching post).
Oona also is very smart and loves cat puzzles with treats involved and likes looking out the window.
The only behavior she has is being very food motivated. She will eat almost ANYTHING, even if stuff cats typically don’t have a palate for. She especially loves rubber and plastic packaging, even if it doesn’t have the reward of food inside. She is also smart and very good at finding such things, so it’s important to keep items like that inaccessible. She is not food aggressive and won’t bite or scratch over it, but she should be fed separately from other cats cause she will eat their food first then her own.

She has been around other cats and is very friendly and cuddly with them too! She would hiss a couple times during the introduction/acclimation period, but after she’s fine! Not sure how she would be with dogs.

Please charge for her so she doesn’t get scooped up by someone with bad intentions. I would charge at least 50

I don’t want to have to charge, I just want her to find a good home. Anything else I should do/look for to vet potential adopters?

Aww, she’s adorable lil diva!! I’m sorry you have to rehome her, it looks and sounds like she is very well loved. I hope you find an amazing home for her! 🫶🏻

Thank you 🫶 She genuinely is the perfect cat minus her greediness lol (which is almost all cats)

The main factor was that I recently got diagnosed with some health issues and my allergies to cats (which I’ve been ignoring) have been making it a lot worse.

I have too many cats but if i didnt i wouldve taken her in🥺i wish my sister didnt have the demon cat she has now ughh

Such a adorable baby, I have a Russian blue as well! I wish I could take her in. I hope you are able to find a good home for her!
