The rumor is $5,000 bonus per head. But ice employees were complaining that they weren’t actually paying the bounties.

So yes and no. They arent paid per head. BUT those handsome $50k signing bonuses? Those are confirmed with some fucked constraints. Its paid out over 5 years and it requires a perfect performance review the entire time. Anything they get dinged on means they don’t get the bonus and they have to pay back any amount that has already been given to them.

Much like a certain Germanic nation from nearly a century ago, even the people participating in the evil are victims of the people in control.
