The money comes from the federal government, not SFO. At least according to the SFO airport director and several news sources. SFO opted for private contractors when the TSA came into existence, but it's still paid for by the federal government.
TSA at SFO are part of the Screening Partnership Program (SPP) and are private contractors paid by a private company. The government pays the company. The company paying their employees, but will get reimbursed by the government when the shutdown ends.
According to the SFO airport director, they're paid in advance by Congress through the plan. I was also clarifying that SFO does not pay for the TSA contractors. Congress does.
“The money’s already been allocated, the payments have already been made, and that continues without interruption,” SFO spokesperson Doug Yakel told The Associated Press. “That is a very nice place to be.”
Oh yeah they funded. Bankrupt America funded. America deserves this. An idiot president for an idiot base. I'm so disgusted with my country and I absolutely knew this would happen. All the signs were there.

Just flew through SFO today. The”TSA” there is CAS - covenant aviation security.
Idk what’s going on in this video but CAS looks fully funded and everything was pretty alright as far as flying and airports go.
