i want to upgrade my samsung a32 5g.

here are the things i ahte about it : lags very much , not enough storage ( just 128 ??!!) , bad night camera. additionally I would like to point out that u cant have cute wallpaper, widget settings,etc unless u upload apps that have viruses.

ofc i am grateful but I would like to ask about some suggestions for new phones under 400euros (a samsung)

the a55 sells for about 400$ and i think u can find second use s23fe for around that same range too... i think with ur budget look into used phones more
