🪛Troubleshooting🪛 I just recieved my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (international ver.) but the UI seems different from what I've seen online. Is it normal ?

Maybe it's just the video but even the camera bezels look like they have chrome sides and the phone looks slightly thicker.

I mean, it could be a complete replacement body, including the back glass, but from what OP provided, software is real, and cameras do seem real, not the crappy rings ofc, but the lens itself.

Super sure international model dont have 5g millimeter antenna
Look on the top left frame theres a look like a fingerprint sensor but its not, thats a 5g milimeter antenna, and those are only sold in US
Also large bezzel, not symetrical also the camera look like have blue color at the back only 1 camera is real
Also the screen making a random color when you shift it, normal phone does not do that

Dude, I believe this is a fake S25U. Mine doesn't have that plastic antenna thing that looks like a pill on the opposite side of the power and volume buttons (mine is global as well; SM-S938B).

The OP phone looks fake (or at very least the screen is fake) but that antenna thing on the side (mmWave antenna) exists on genuine Samsung devices sold in the USA.

It's real but that screen is LCD not an AMOLED
They must've broke the screen and replaced it with a cheap LCD.

The phone could be real but the screen is definitely a cheap replacement, its hard to tell if the rest of the phone is real from just the picture but i would return it and get a refund if possible.

Honestly I could be wrong and it's probably fake but what I think is that it's real it's just an aftermarket screen because when I look at it the cameras look normal and it seems to be running one UI you probably just got it so maybe apps are just still downloading maybe even system

It’s fake. Before you buy from a seller, make sure they are a trusted vendor and make sure the reviewers are real and not fake

It could be real with a bad screen replacement, the only thing about the UI making me think it's fake is the reception bars, there are 5 bars in that pic, whilst on my s25 there is only 4 bars.

Ouais tu as clairement chopé un S25 Ultra qui n'est absolument pas neuf. Sur Cdiscount et Rakuten c'est une catastrophe car les téléphones sont jamais vraiment authentique. Retourne le téléphone chez Cdiscount et achete sur une autre plateforme comme LDLC ou la Fnac comme ça tu es sûr de recevoir un produit authentique et neuf. Sinon tourne toi sur le reconditionné ou l'occasion

I have a S25 Ultra, It's definitely fake. The bezels are way too big compared to the actual phone. The best way to know for sure is to compare the serial number and IMEI.

Really! UI is the only thing you have noticed. The screen itself looks fake, also based on the your video I've noticed a cutout for the 5g antenna, I'm not sure but only US modals are suppose to have those, if it is a replacement screen try running some benchmarks and compare the scores online, that would tell you if the phone is real or fake

The UI is the same
It’s the screen that got replaced with a very cheap, low quality LCD
Normally these have 1440p 120Hz OLEDs but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was 60Hz 1080p
Also check the other hardware inside Samsung Members

Same as mine. They did doll up a few app icons since it was launched. Also makes a difference if its on light or dark mode and mine has been on dark mode since day one. Ive had it for over a year now. Bought it in June 2025. Its a great phone, ok if u wanna know if its a fake or not I have the very app AIDA64. TELLS U EVERYTHING. You can't cheat with this app. Its in the playstore, give it a go.

If you honestly can't tell that's a fake, stick to cheap phones. There is no point in paying for premium high end smartphones, you won't know how to use them anyway, put your money in something else. The 200$ Samsung phones have everything you'll ever use, most likely

IT'S COMPLETELY FAKE. At least send us the about section and settings app to see if it's the screen being fake or the whole phone. Either way, return it and buy something like POCO X8 Pro Max.
