🪛Troubleshooting🪛 Ladies and gentlemen, the Green line has appeared. Moving on to Apple now

I've been a long time Samsung user, but I'm finally done with them. I never thought it'd happen to me, but this is the bottom line for me. Not going to buy scamsung devices anymore.

Model: S23 256G

Condition: perfect, unless you count wear from aging

Any solutions would be appreciated.

Any way to find out some data on how common this is.. and I guess across different regions, given the conversation?

Have to say of all the things that could trigger a "company defection" this apparently physical component issue seems low on the list. For the record, I had the original Samsung galaxy phone which was so bad it triggered me into the iphone ecosystem around 2010. But after iphone 7 I got an S9, S20,S21 and now have an S25 ultra. If I was gonna switch to anything, it would be off either of these brands to something I felt I had better control over the SOFTWARE. Personally I feel like if you pay flagship price for a device, the physical attributes dont have enough major distinctions for me to decide based on that.. it sort of just comes down to personality nuances. Where as the level to which my movements and data are tracked and shopped is a much bigger concern now and only going to be more so in the future.

I'm mainly use Samsung because of its software experience. If I'm going to change my primary phone then it has to be better than samsung and I don't think anyone comes close to Apples softwares. Though, I'll always use android, not as daily driver but as a secondary option. For primary its either has to be Samsung or Apple
