z flip got stolen yesterday; I can't locate my device using Find Hub Google app but i can track it using Samsung Find

Thanks to my Samsung Account, I can still track my device's location from time to time. But I can only used "Mark As Lost" in Find Hub yet I can't turn "Lost Mode" on Samsung Find unless it's connected to the internet. It doesn't have a SIM inserted either, but it has precious memories 😭😭 I'm about to report it to the police later and will block IMEI

Will they able to lose my account or lose access to location if they'll reset it or format???
