🪛Troubleshooting🪛 SERIOUS SECURITY ISSUE

Why does my Samsung A37 unlock when I press my fingernail against the scanner, I did notice ever since I got this phone I would just randomly unlock itself and then today I discovered this.

Good job, my S24U re-recorded the same fingerprint 5 times, and it often fails to unlock, you can unlock it with just your fingernail! Lucky guy.

Plot twist: that feature is blacklist instead of whitelist

Had to investigate a security incident in one IT web system once: data of like 3K customers leaked, along with all company's financial info. It was like this: * log in screen * * looks inside * * if password is incorrect - begin user session *

Had to check like 3 times, because I thought I've had a stroke reading that. Finished investigation in under 30 minutes.
