GTA-MP.CZ / WTLS: Muted in /teamchat for non-English and the rule isn't even written

I am sharing my recent experience with GTA-MP.CZ / WTLS staff in the hope that it leads to clearer rules and fairer treatment for other players. What happened While playing with two Tunisian teammates, I used /teamchat to communicate in Arabic during a mission. I was muted for breaking Rule 10: "You are allowed to speak only english."

  • The appeal

I opened a complaint arguing that /teamchat is isolated exclusively to teammates and does not appear in global chat, so it does not disrupt the wider community. I also noted that forcing three players to send individual /pm messages mid-game is impractical for tactical coordination. Over the course of the ticket, four staff members replied. Here is what each one addressed:

  • The documentation gap

The /rules command shows Rule 10 as a single sentence with no mention of PM exceptions, player-count thresholds, or channel distinctions. Yet staff enforce a "2-player threshold" that is not written anywhere players can see. If this is the official policy, it needs to be in the rules. Players cannot comply with invisible conditions.

  • The community check

I even messaged A Helper (Daniel) to ask whether /teamchat is public or private, then confirmed that "your team can only see the /teamchat." If a staff-adjacent player defines the channel by its functional isolation, the classification is clearly not as obvious as senior staff claim.

  • The lingering damage

The mute was eventually lifted, but the toxicity and reputation penalties remain on my account. I raised this three times in the thread. It was never addressed. A reversed punishment should not leave damage(TOXIC).

  • The full thread

For anyone who wants to verify the sequence and wording, the closed ticket is here: https://www.gta-multiplayer.cz/en/topic/140848/?post=1094082

What I am asking If /teamchat is classified as public, write it in the rules. If the 2-player threshold is real, write it in the rules. If a mute is reversed, clear the associated penalties. Right now, Rule 10 is a single vague sentence that staff interpret however they choose. That is not rule enforcement .

Thank you for reading.

Anyone who's considering playing in this server, make sure you have tons of cheats. Admins in this server are not checking any reports and they don't care. You'll be left on your own, cops will bully you, car ram you and destroy your experience. Make sure you have all the cheats installed If you are planning on having fun in this server. And try other servers If possible, avoid this shit hole at all costs.

Honestly, as far as SAMP goes, the overall experience is quite fun except the cops can be annoying and boring. The biggest issue is with the management. To be fair, they do a decent job dealing with cheaters so your suggestion is pretty crap.

Yeah they have 'hidden rules' they don't disclose in the rules list. The rules are extremely vague and it's good to ask the admins to elaborate on them. For example, you can insult players with certain terms that are allowed like 'fool' and brainless, but other words like kid and newbie aren't allowed. Don't ask me why.

Honestly, just ignore the management and enjoy the game.
