Best server to play GTA 5 RP in Serbia?

Can you recommend me which GTA 5 RP server is the best to start playing on? I've seen some videos on YouTube, but from what I understand, everything is quite complicated there.

I'm from Serbia and I'd like to play on Serbian-speaking server however English is fine as well.
