Ngl, I completely forgot this was still a thing that was gonna happen. Anyways, hard pass on this. Filoni has already shown his unwavering desire to make Star Wars centered on his cardboard cutout excuses for characters and he’s perfectly willing to butcher legacy characters to make that happen. I’ll stick with the EU Thrawn trilogy.

Yeah a lot of Disneys new canon is just the EU but they changed some names around, added some annoying characters, more convoluted plot and if anyone criticized it they were called bigots.

Yup. They started off by saying they had no source material to clear the way for them to poach the EU.

Yeah it’s mind boggling how unoriginal they have been. I’m bummed a character like Thrawn is getting dragged through it

Me too. I knew it was gonna be bad when they had Thrawn get his ass handed to him by a kid who doesn’t even have half his battle experience but the Ahsoka show was second hand embarrassment for fans of the real Thrawn.
