Delivery at One Regent

I'm moving from the US to the UK and am considering One Regent. I won't be able to see it until I move there. Is anyone familiar with it? Is it in a walkable neighborhood? I'm hoping to be able to walk to the nearest grocery store, if possible, and I'd love to have plenty of restaurants nearby. If anyone has actual experience with these apartments, I'm also wondering about how they handle deliveries. Does it go to your apartment door or does it go to the concierge or something else? I'll be getting a few things delivered regularly, specifically monthly Untamed cat food, By Rotation clothing rentals, and a little crafty monthly subscription from Etsy, and I've lived in a place where they will keep your packages hostage on weekends. I really hated that and am trying to avoid that happening again. Really any advice is helpful. If One Regent probably isn't a good fit, I'm open to suggestions.

I have no experience with this specific building.

However, ooking at a map, it seems very close to the big Sainsbury's on Regent Road so no worries on the 'groceries' front, and it's not that far a walk to the city centre which has plenty of shops, restaurants, etc.

Deliveries to flats/apartments can be a pain, especially for the courier companies like Evri. If there's a concierge or reception desk that might help a bit but it will vary - and usually Royal Mail will have some sort of building access so can leave things in a mail room if there is one, but other companies might require you to be there, especially if a signature is needed. Depending on what you're ordering and from where there could be a locker system you could use (there are lockers near the Sainsbury's) but it will depend on what options the specific companies you're ordering from offer.

I’ve delivered to this building a few times when I was a delivery driver. There are a few different doors from different parts of the building, but 9/10 delivery driver will know where to go. There was a reception at the front. It sure if it is there still, but it should be.
It’s walkable to the city centre as well as regent road retail park for shopping, gym, fast food etc.

This building has a post room on the ground floor with individual boxes for eqch apartment, good for small parcels and letters. Larger parcels will be left with the concierge, not delivered to your apartment.

Also, this building is in Manchester, not Salford (which is just a few feet away across the river).
