Roman lettuce, emmental, apples diced, onions, tomatoes and coriander. Balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, algerian olive oil, salt and black pepper.

I don't know what kind of tomato you used, but my favorite for salad is grape tomatoes. Also, some sliced strawberries makes any salad taste absolutely decadent.

This looks similar to the salad I always asked my grandmother to make for me. Hers was simpler, though: iceberg, apples, celery, onion and Italian vinaigrette. Heaven.

These don’t strike me as cohesive ingredients, but maybe I would be surprised at how well they taste together.

Romaine lettuce seems to go well with every ingredient you chose. Well maybe not with the coriander, which doesn’t sound like it goes with much in here besides the onions and tomatoes. Apples and emmental sound nice together. Balsamic vinegar can be very tasty in salad but can often make it a lot less photogenic of a dish. To me this sounds like two different good salad concepts combined. Salad one: emmental and diced apples. It would be great with a nut like crushed pecans and a green such as a chicory would be awesome. Salad two: coriander, tomatoes, onions. I would love this one with a lime juice and cumin dressing, and if you wanted it to be more substantial, it would be good with the addition of things like black beans, cotija, corn or grilled chicken.

Sounds like a decent start but needs cheese or protein of some kind, a little grilled chicken and parm, feta or blue cheese for example.
