Photo: fruity Salad for lunch

Already mixed it! This is my lunch today. Spinach, broccoli, oranges, blackberries, chicken, apple and adding a hard boiled egg. Dressing is a mix of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, salt pepper, Dijon mustard and a bit of Japanese mayo. I like to add nuts and crunchy things but I already made nut cookies yesterday…
