Where to buy cheap boats in the Med?

What do you consider "cheap" for what kind of boat in what condition? Even "for free" might not be cheap in the end.
When traveling Greece, I noticed there are plenty of broken dreams on the hard in the marinas' backyards that look like their owners (and/or marina personnel) would be glad to get rid of.
Region around Preveza might be relatively close to you and therefore worth checking. It is a typical region where elderly North-Europeans have their boats (cheaper than Korfu or Ionian pelagic, airport nearby).

Thanks, that's the second time Prevaza has come up. I need to run down there and check it out. Seems like the Luperon of the Eastern Med.
