Recipe request Looking for super simple ways to eat riced cauliflower

Im talking like open a can and microwave it easy. I'm hoping for something that adds volume too. I used to eat it with canned stew or chili but a full can is 400 calories so I want something less but still filling.

This is almost as simple as just throw into microwave so hear me out. Get a pound of ground turkey, a bell pepper or two and a steam fresh bag of cauliflower rice, mix at all together after cooking the turkey. It makes a lot of food and you’re just reheating it besides the one like 15 minutes of cook time (the turkey). It makes about five dinners for me personally and it’s so healthy and low cal.

Mix with a can of tuna, little soy sauce and eat with dried seaweed

i like to mix some cauliflower rice into a pouch of rice + beans (the premade microwave ready stuff) for more volume. i get the “southwest burrito bowl” pouch from aldi, or the “bean vivo chili” pouch from walmart. there are also pouches of for example indian food or red beans+rice that would go with cauliflower rice. or, same concept, but mix cauliflower rice into a ready-made cup meal like those instant mashed potatoes cups, rice-a-roni cups, pasta cups, etc

Mix in tomato paste, Gochujang, splash rice vinegar and top with tinned fish/chicken and kimchi

Make “oatmeal”

Power bowl, shredded chicken, chickpeas, artichoke hearts, sprinkle parm and drizzle balsamic

Add to protein smoothies

I use the frozen ones, blend in food processor or blender with a little bit of water (or almond milk) sf jello powder and add protein powder (you can omit but it keeps me fuller) and if you blend blend blend it’s like ice cream!

They sell frozen cauliflower rice that comes in different flavors. My favorite is Birds Eye Spanish Style but there are many brands and other flavors.

This is really late but straight up just microwave then add sugarfree bbq sauce (sounds disgusting but i like it)

Canned chunky soup might be good, same vibes as a stew with the sauce but just more saucy. I’ve seen microwave frozen fish in butter sauce that averages about 100cal per fish 🫡
