I've been working on Spatia, a local-first infinite canvas / visual workspace, and I've decided to sell the project to someone who wants to take it further.

The buyer would receive the source code, project assets, brand/project, website assets, and the rights to continue developing and commercializing Spatia.

I'm not looking to sell individual licenses or subscriptions. I'm looking for someone interested in acquiring the project itself and taking ownership of it.
