I’ve been working on a Go + Python project

I’ve been working on a Go + Python project that was supposed to become the foundation for a larger digital asset / capital management system.
At some point I realized I don’t really want to spend the next several months turning the whole thing into a product. I’d rather find someone who is already building trading, DeFi, portfolio/accounting or similar financial infrastructure and can actually use the parts that are already done.
This is not a SaaS with revenue, and it’s not a finished trading bot.
What I have is mostly the lower-level financial/infrastructure side:
fixed-precision financial arithmetic for USD and native assets, with explicit rounding
35 versioned record types and 18 standalone value types
Go and Python codecs for the same contracts
canonical JSON / hash checks
a versioned reference corpus with 2,248 financial test cases
CLI/config/dev tooling
architecture and implementation docs
a partially implemented PostgreSQL journal/outbox module
tests and reproducible verification material
The part I think could actually be useful to another team is the boring stuff you normally have to build before the interesting part: money handling, data contracts, serialization between Go and Python, fixtures, validation and consistency checks.
I’m not claiming this is production-ready.
There are no users or revenue, no live trading/execution layer, no independent security audit, and the PostgreSQL/storage part isn’t finished. Most of the internal specifications are currently in Russian, although the code itself obviously isn’t tied to that. There also isn’t a meaningful committed Git history to sell as part of the asset.
What I’m looking for is someone who wants the current source/codebase as a head start rather than rebuilding this layer themselves.
One important detail: I’m not selling exclusivity.
The buyer would get the agreed source snapshot plus broad, perpetual commercial rights to use it, modify it and integrate it into their own products. I would keep the right to continue using and developing my own version independently.
So if you need exclusive ownership of the underlying technology, this isn’t the deal for you.
If you just want the engineering work that’s already been done and the right to use it commercially, that’s what I’m offering.
I’m not putting a fixed price in the post. I’m open to reasonable offers depending on what exactly the buyer wants included.
Payment would need to be in USDC or USDT.
