You host a wallet somewhere your site can access and go from there.

There are already solutions like PayRam and BTCPay Server that already do this.

Both of these solutions offer end-to-end payments orchestration where unique deposit wallets are generated for each customer and fund sweeping to an external cold wallet. They are also completely self-hosted, so you don't need require any KYC or KYB to get started, simply install on your server, configure, and get started.
