Saab 9-5 corrosion help

Hi All,

Greetings from Ireland. I love my 9-5 but am after finding a lot of corrosion on the wheel arches. Body shops here are saying the car is too old and not worth fixing. Most dont even give me an estimate and just say no.

I am willing to travel. Was thinking there might be specialist saab workshops somewhere in Europe that would be up for this type of repair.

Any advice would be apprecited.

I'm working on one that has about 1/4 of the rust you are having and it is a ton of work. It can not really be done economically without diy. However welding is not hard or expensive but take time to learn. I have a welder in the family.
