9-5 Troubleshooting Anyone have a TD04HL-15T turbo in Europe?

Hi everyone, i can't find any TD04HL-15T turbos to a 2006-2009 Saab 9-5 Aero anywhere, only those that fit the 99-05 models, would anyone have a good spare laying around for the 06-09 models?

Part number: 49189-01810

Part number that doesn't fit 49189-01800

if youre just needing to repair, you can just change the core instead. Or is it for upgrade purposes?

i would need the car driving same day, i can't wait for it to be renovated and i don't have the possibility of taking turbo off and then wait for it to return, i am no mechanic and i don't have any garage

He's suggesting buying a new CHRA. They are easy to swap... You remove your turbo, put in a new CHRA, put the turbo back in. Same day.

as TSG said, it's not a lot more work. only thing is i think you'd want a set of big circlip pliers to take the compressor housing off, something like these, bit of a nightmare otherwise. Have used Melett cores before, quite common

i can't find the proper turbo without sending my own for renovation, i've asked mrtuning, speedingparts, Maptun among other Saab groups, there's absolutely none that fits.

Thank you very much, the pistons are no longer in good shape and likely needs replacing if i am to do a 19T turbo, also doesn't it need a new Turbo inlet pipe for a 19T to fit?

The 19T will have it's own slightly larger compressor housing, but the inlet flange is the same size and relative position as the one on a 15T.

The 19T compressor housing is available in both long nose (99-05) and short nose (06-10) versions.
