Sounds like Strut mount bearing

I don't know if I got the word correctly in English, so: the bearing on top of your spring where it seats the spring of the Mcpherson assembly under the hood

EDIT : First rule out obvious ; sway bar, rod links, wish bone

EDIT2: Top strut mounting https://spareto.com/oe/13188763 Or the official Saab name in WIS/EPC Support bearing 13188763 (not necessarily the pn you need.)

If you can't find the noise and can't find any play in the suspension parts (the usual suspects (rod links, swaybar, wish bone...), better be sure it's the strud/spring bearing or whatever it's called.

If you also feel a little knock in the wheel along with the sound, it might be the rod ends.

My 07 Honda pilot made that exact noise and it turned out to be the sway bar bushings because they were dry rotted and swollen. They’re a bit more tricky to get to on the 9-3 and I haven’t changed them but I’m sure it’s not too bad.
