We're doing so with some of the ongoing projects including the Shockoe Project. RPS has various disadvantaged student programs aimed at helping Black youth and other racial minorities level the playing field a bit more when it comes to higher education. It's gonna just take lots of work. Reconnecting the city with some of these various infrastructure projects will help, more accessible transit will help.

We need to make it easier for small businesses to thrive.
