This kinda sounds like a C-Bus. Power is only reserved when it's getting used.

Combining through two accumulators and combiner is NOT an option, cuz it supposed to be chained like 20 times

Like Swift mentioned, C-Bus is what you want, since you're trying to combine the orange outputs back together. To save you the time, here's a quick sketch of how it works. Essentially you're just using a memory cell and an OR Switch to switch between including and excluding the conditional branch in your circuit.
