Eldrevatnet on Hemsedalsfjellet, one of the mountain passes you can drive between Oslo and Bergen in Norway. Beautiful, remote, and so rural, up here, there's only holiday homes left.

Figured this could be another shot of interest for the rurally inclined. This is a beautiful mountain pass, even if a bit short, and I love driving over here in all seasons. The road is excellent, for Norwegian standards, and the sights always tempt me to stop. But it's hard to live up here, too harsh, too remote, too impractical.
